This is a great article about Mother and Daughter. This is what it's all about...having the ability to build a business where one day your children share in it.

Hi Barbara & Kendall,
Thank you for such an inspiring and interesting video. It was awesome listening to you both and how everything evolved.

It actually reminded me that my niece is doing training to be a counsellor, and had made a comment that we could go into business together.

At the time I couldn't see how. However my desire and intent is to be part of coaching conginition course and now I see another doorway opening and path working with my niece, and I have already seen other opportunities where I can help.

Thank you to you both I am truly grateful.

@Didi: I was doing cold calling, chasing prospects all over the place and I did not feel confident in the way I communicated what I wanted to communicate, thus my results were very poor.

So true Didi. There are very many people who have actually made a fortune even using the old traditional method, the difference is communication! Even as we master attracting prospects, if we are to be successful, we need to master communication skills and be able to listen to our clients. I have seen this skill change my business tremendously.

Hi Barbara and Kendall, this is an awsome example how communication skills make family life much more fun and work. Thank you so much for that wonderful interview/chat. Me having 3 adult daughters with a wonderful relationship also between them - what a giftfor me as mom!! And the wonderful thing is that age doesn´t count if you are really present with people in a space of acknowledgement. One of my daughters was coach 3 times in a program where people created and fulfilled projects. She, 18 years old, was coaching 40-50 year old participants that would not believe it at the beginning and then being blown away by her contribution. It really feels like being at home with you wathing you. Thanks again!!! And I loved whatever I got to see from Barbara - now two times Silva! What a treat! Gertraud

Working with my daughter in the future. Right now she just can't see it - then again she is only 13. She thinks she cant work on computers or make websites - it will be exciting to watch her advance in technology. Many teens are smarter than adults in this area. If that does not happen it gives me warm fuzzys to know that Barbara and Kendall are working and thriving together.

What a heart warming story. Congratulations Barbara - my daughter is just 13 but is already shaping up into a wonderful marketing assistant. It must be really exciting for you that your daughter is choosing to work with you. The highest mother daughter compliment I think. :)

As many of you know, not only do I work online from home, I'm a single mom and I homeschool my daughter as well. It's my dream that she'll never need or want a JOB.

Of course I'd love for her to learn to do what I do so part of our "curriculum" is internet studies. My DD has her own blog where she posts her school work and she's created several lenses over at Squidoo.

Seeing how Barbara and Kendall work so well together is inspiring to say the least and gives me great hope for my daughter and me.

Watching Barbara and Kendall is wonderful. It is so great when we can pass on the value and joy of working from home to our kids. What better way to be able to continue to mentor them and take part in their development?

and yes. what a supreme compliment to the mom or dad whose child steps up--to be their own person in conjunction with their parent.

Awesome! No generation gap here.
This is a very special article and video and I can't wait to be introduced to Barbara and Kendall as the dynamic duo in Cognition Coaching.

It must be the most wonderful and satisfying feeling to be working alongside your Mum and your daughter - what synergy!

What an exciting journey we are all going to have learning from you both.

When are we going to hear the rendering of the Renegade Number 1 Hit? Oh boy this is such fun.

This is a very special article.

It shows how businesses are able to grow and become nurtured with the help of family. Kendall is so very fortunate to have such an endearing mom and Barbara such an enlightening and embracing daughter.

I am sure that any project that the two of you embrace together will be very powerful.

If all could embrace mutual respect and love.

Ladies thank you for sharing the interview.
