Mike,
I’ve worked as a marketing executive in ten major US corporations which no longer exist. It was good while it lasted. Renegade professional relights the fire in my belly to go at marketing with a new passion. I am overwhelmed at the moment but your coaching and proven success story keep me in the game. And not only that @Eric, our family has four of the Provincial Football Championship rings, a couple of years, two boys earned the same ring.

that is of course, the equivalent of State Championships.

Miss those highschool games and the 13th man in the stands.

Hey, I loved the analogy. Made total sense to me.

Like I said to Charles Graham in FB, we cringed to watch Brett Farve or someone from the O Line Coaching, call a pass which got picked, instead of a sure Field Goal which would have taken the Vikings to the SuperBowl.

It would have been cool to watch Manning and Farve play the SuperBowl.

All that to say, Mike Klingler took his risks, had some falls, but his keen insight is at the top of his game.

This is the team to be on.

As a football mom of three boys who played 8 years of Fball. the analogy works. Two sons played safety on the corner, uncanny in catching the ball carrier,linebacker, both doing kicking converts and FG keeping the game in their favour. A third son who played center of the O line and D line creating pockets for his QB and also reveling in chasing or sacking the opposing Qback

The QB is central, he depends on the team reading him and with him `reading“ the field as well.

Mike is persistent, consistent, integral and my QB to pay attention to. He reads and writes the playbook well. He aligns himself with the right `coaches, assistant coaches.

This is a winning team.

I’m in complete agreement. I was once employed with a company that promised longevity, and after ten years of service, there was a downsizing of the company that resulted in massive layoff.
